I have been in Sl since 11/2005.  I started the VWBB in February 2005 after a pair of shoes I bought had a damaged script in them and could not get the creator to respond to my issue. 

I was both frustrated and confused as to why SL, being the size it was, had no one to complain to or lodge a complaint against.  At that point I realized this magical wonderful virtual world that I loved so dearly, for some, was nothing more than a playground to scam and take advantage of people. 

Once the Virtual World Business Burea was established I began seeing claims that I did not even know existed in SL.  Land Reclaims, IP thefts, Breached contracts, in world banking schemes and fruadulent transactions and more.  I had no idea that organizing an organization that would help resolve complaints would evolve into something so deperatly needed in ALL virtual worlds.  We are currently in Second Life and Legend City Online.
