(1) Seller offered a full refund. The customer accepted
Arbitration Ruling: Mr. Joshua Sao to properly repay the Claimants
the money they have lost in the land transaction and consequential
reclaiming of the land, at cost price as a minimum, and, if
applicable, pay them the consequential damages, to be accounted for
by
written proof of expenses.
The Respondent has not paid damages to date 11/21/2007
Monetary loss is approx - 160K Lindens

Response: Respondent refused to speak with the VWBB. Requested that
we
do not contact her again. Respondent never paid the complainant back.
Verified by Linden Lab that the complainant was only 14 years old in
RL and LL has deleted the complainants acct.
